Особенности конструкции
Фильтры представляют собой своеобразное трубное расширение, поделенное на два отсека сеткой с определенным размером ячейки. При проходе теплоносителя по системе, крупные и средние частицы проходят через мембрану и оседают в нижней части фильтра.
Особенности монтажа
Фильтры грязеуловители устанавливают так, чтобы можно было легко подойти и произвести механическую очистку отстойника. Из отсека, куда оседают частицы мусора необходимо регулярно убирать осадок. Обычно грязевики устанавливают на раздаточных узлах.

Экономия топлива главное достоинство фильтрации. При регулярной очистке жидкости в системе, конвективные элементы котлов дольше остаются чистыми и не затрачивают больше энергии на разогрев. Кроме этого сокращаются расходы на регулярное обслуживание и чистки системы
При использовании фильтров вода в системе очищается и дольше остается пригодной для эксплуатации. Дополнение системы не нужно производить так часто, как ранее. Меньше теплоносителя сбрасывается в канализацию. Соответственно сокращаются затраты на реагенты и электричество.

Особенности конструкции
Фильтры представляют собой своеобразное трубное расширение, поделенное на два отсека сеткой с определенным размером ячейки. При проходе теплоносителя по системе, крупные и средние частицы проходят через мембрану и оседают в нижней части фильтра.
Особенности монтажа
Фильтры грязеуловители устанавливают так, чтобы можно было легко подойти и произвести механическую очистку отстойника. Из отсека, куда оседают частицы мусора необходимо регулярно убирать осадок. Обычно грязевики устанавливают на раздаточных узлах.
